1. Shipment processing time:
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
The order package usually takes 7-15 days to complete the global delivery. Most of the time it arrives quicker, but please be advised that The Gogobubu is not in control of the shipping process.
United States: 8-15 days
Australia: 7-14 days
Canada: 10-25 days
United Kingdom: 8-12 days
Europe: 7-21 days
Worldwide: 20-35 days
Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order ship from global areas such as China, Canada, Thailand, Hongkong, Indian, etc...
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your items may take 2-3 weeks to arrive and be shipped separately in several packages. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on the way to your shipping address.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
When your package has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation email and a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you! The tracking number will be active within 3-5 days.

4. Shipping Insurance
Gogobubu is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. You may add Shipping Protection to ensure your items are insured.
*Important note: Please be advised that during this Covid-19 pandemic, the item's arrival is expected to be a bit later than usual in 1-2 weeks of delivery time.
